Update: November Ballot Results

• San Francisco's Measure A, a $1.6 billion bond measure to renovate the Hetch Hetchy water delivery system, passed.
• Regional Measure BB, a $1.05 billion bond measure for seismic retrofit of the BART system, failed. Despite a strong favorable vote in San Francisco, weak support in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties held the total to 64.5%, below the required 2/3 majority.
• Regional Measure AA, a $24 per year parcel tax to support AC Transit District service, passed.
